Thomas Lang
Thomas Lang started playing already at the age of five drums. After some time, private lessons, he studied percussion at the Conservatory of the city of Vienna, including Walter Grassmann, which earned him the Big-Band-style in more detail. From 1995 to 2005, he has recorded more than 250 albums and three DVDs (the ultimate drums, Creative Control and Creative Coordination amp; Advanced Foot Technique) or produced. In 2006, appeared in his second Solo-CD "Something along those lines", which he recorded over a period of 4 years in London. Already in 1996, published his first Solo-CD "Mediator", on which he has worked, inter alia, with Falco, Mike Majzen and Conrad Schrenk.
He played, among other things, in the case of EAV, Falco, Peter Gabriel, Paul Gilbert, Nik Kershaw, Asia, Gianna Nannini, paper moon, Sugababes, Robbie Williams and Bonnie Tyler. In the jazz area, he worked with the Vienna Art Orchestra ("A Centenary Journey", 2000), and "Obsession", as well as with the groups of Wolfgang Schalk and Stella Jones.
