Lars Mikkelsen
Lars Mikkelsen attended from 1991 to 1995, the state theatre school in Copenhagen. After that, he received Engagements at various Danish theatres, including Mephisto, the Royal theatre in Copenhagen, or at Østre-Gasværk theatre, where he played Othello.
In Parallel to his theatre career in the mid-1990s came from the middle in the Danish Film - and TV productions in appearance. He was, among other things, in the popular television series, Eder Koppen (2000) and Nikolaj og Julie (2003), while he acted in the Emmy-winning series Unit One – The specialists (2002) on the side of his brother. With him, he was also in Lotte Svendsen's dead short film Café Hector (1996), or Ole Christian Madsens feature film production days of wrath (2008) in front of the camera. His most successful film role, he played again directed by Ole Christian Madsen in his dogma film Kira (2001). In the Drama, he was seen as the husband of Stine Stengade, who dares, after a stay in the psychiatric ward of the excruciating re-entry into everyday life with children. For the Part of the Mads, he received the 2002 nomination for the Danish film award "Bodil" for Best leading actor.
