František Němec

Acting graduated from F. German at DAMU in the years 1960-64. On the professional scene, however, got off already in 1962 in the role of Willy Roškot in Šrámkově Moon over the river (prague Theater With. To. Neumann). Theatrically matured in Urban theaters of prague. When he got an offer from director M. Macháček create in the National theatre in the title role of Shakespeare's tragedy Hamlet (premiere, April 1982), it was clear that his engagement on the first Czech scene it is only a matter of time, so a member of the drama section of the ND is from August 1982 to this day. A number of characters, in which, in addition to Hamlet were, for example, goethe's Faust, Alceste from Molierova Misanthrope, the Vicomte de Valmont from Hamptonových Dangerous relations, Bishop Dobeš of the Hilbert Falkenstein, represents F. The germans as an excellent character actor able to do justice to the complexity of human nature.

Conceited Professor Higgins from Shaw's Pygmalionu then in Němcově repertoire represents successfully all his past comedic roles, requiring, inter alia, a feel for the trenchant and intelligent dialogue.

German belong to a successful film actors (As a whale's molar, How to get dad to the reformatory, the Concert at the end of the summer).
